“When We Don’t Know The Process, We Need Practice But
When We Know It Precisely, We Need Freedom!”
Success MattersSuccess is an important thing in the physical world. Many people out of their idealistic approach or their misconception of spirituality, say that ‘success doesn’t matter, only effort does’, but the fact is that we need results in our favour in order to survive and thrive on this planet. Whatever we do, things that we like doing or the things we do not like doing, we want to do them well and to the best of our ability along with getting positive results out of them. It’s a natural urge instilled in every human being and it’s not even a matter of debate or rejection. It’s an established & natural fact that success matters!

The Way To Success is Not Always Clear |
But the path to success is mostly uncertain, unclear and confusing. This is another reason why people shy away from accepting that success is important. Because they don’t really know the path to success and may not achieve it, they conveniently say that success is not important at all. But the people who consider success to be important, know how to achieve it irrespective of the difficulties they may face on the way.
Practice

Practice |
So, is there a particular/unique path that leads people to success? Surely Not! There can be as many paths to success as there are people on Earth. In fact, in different time & space and with different permutations & combinations, we may easily say that there are infinite ways or paths to success in every work that we may perform. But if every way leads us to success then why do people fail?
People fail because along with walking on their path to success, they also need to constantly, consistently & continuously learn, improve & progress. If they don’t learn from their mistakes, they will remain stuck at a point in their way and would never reach their destination. But even if they are good learners but fail to move forward constantly for some reason, they may lose sense of their way and enter some other ‘wrong’ path which would take & keep them away from success.
This act of constantly walking on a given path and continuously learning & improving so as to achieve success is called practice. Practice has the strength to make even a wrong path right. So, when we don’t know our path, we need practice in order to achieve success. We need to stick to a path, keep learning from our mistakes and keep moving forward until we reach our destination of success.
Knowing The Exact Path To Success

Knowing The Exact Path To Success |
But what if we already know the process or our way to success? Some people may think that in this uncertain life and world, we can never precisely know our way to success. But this is not the truth. There are two situations where we exactly know how to achieve success.
The first case is where we have a really good vision or foresight. A good traveller always has a good foresight. He knows the probable theory of his journey and is ready to improvise on the way. You may have seen people accomplishing complex and complicated tasks in their very first attempt. This is made possible only because these people have developed foresight by using their imagination powers and consciousness which brings their theories alive and help them in achieving success very quickly.
The second case where people know their path to success is based on their experience. People may have walked down a given or similar path multiple times in their lives which helps them befriend the path and the destination really well. Thus, their experience helps them achieve success very quickly & easily.
Knowledge of Path is No Guarantee of Success

Knowledge of Path is No Guarantee of Success |
But most of the times, when we know our path to success, we fail! Surprised? It’s true and this happens because either we feel very stressed walking a given path or we keep trying to repeat the past success step by step.
The reason for feeling stressed while walking a given path is that it’s like a tightrope or a razor’s edge. To be on a given path it takes a lot of mental and physical effort which produces a lot of stress in our system. And stress is neither good for the journey nor for the destination. It rarely lets you achieve what you want.
Stress features once again when we based on our past experience try to repeat our past success step by step in the present. Here, stress happens for two reasons. Firstly, the rope is even tighter in this case as we not only have to follow a given path but also have to be in-line with our memory of the past success. Secondly, we are also assuming too many things here. We assume that the exact past conditions will hold in the present which is clearly not wise to do. And working with these silly assumptions & conclusions, we generate too much stress within ourselves which takes us only towards failure even when we know our path to success. So, will we always have to fail when we exactly know our path to success?
Freedom From The Memories of Past Success

Freedom From The Memories of Past Success |
When we know our path to success, there is only one way to walk it and achieve success. We have to forget the way! You heard it right. Let me explain. We know that walking a given path to success gives us stress. So, the only way to walk it is to forget it so that we can walk it in ‘peace’ which is the most important requirement of any journey.
But if we forget the way then how will we walk it? We have to have some indication of our direction in order to move forward? The thing to be noted here is that stress can only be removed through balance. If you stop walking, there won’t be any stress but you will also not move forward which is against our goal. But we can attain an optimal and balanced level of stress that will keep us going without troubling us too much. This balanced level of stress is attained when we both know and don’t know (forget) our path to success. Forgetting the path means that we don’t try to remember it consciously. If we know the path or we have walked it in the past then we will do it one more time automatically. But if we try to remember the path and then walk it, we will get stressed and won’t reach the destination.
We need to be free of any memory of the past in general and the memory of past successes in particular to be able to walk it again. This way we may be able to replicate our success of the past by improvising in the present. We still may or may not achieve success but at least the gates to its possibility would remain open when you are free of the past memory of success.

Know The Right Approach To Success! |
Success is important in everything we do in life and the good news is that it is always possible irrespective of whether you know the path or not. But it is very important that we know which approach to follow in which situation.
When you don’t know the path to success, you are already free to experiment, learn & improve but when you know the exact path to success, you need to give yourself the freedom so that you remain open to observation & improvisation so as to become potent to walk the given path and achieve success in a new, fresh & unique way every single time!
